Council Meeting and Activities Schedule:
All counselors are encouraged to come and join in the workshops held at Council Meetings and are also welcome to come and join in the business we conduct at the Board Meetings. Workshop topics are listed below the schedule. If there is more information available to help you prepare for an activity or meeting it can be accessed by clicking the button below
Friday, October 3, 2025, 6:00 PM: Breakfast set-up at Zion Reformed Church and meet with Steve Bootsma, Executive Director of the Calvinist Cadet Corps. Dinner will be served.
Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025: Council Pancake Breakfast at Zion Reformed Church
Thursday, October 15, 2025: Executive Board Meeting at Immanuel CRC - receive nominations for council officers
Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025: Council Meeting at Modesto CRC, the workshop will be: Building a Better Pinewood Car
